I recently started to take lessons with a new teacher and his entire lesson plan is based around voice leading arpeggios. I get the concept, but I have a hard time learning becuase of his thick serbian accent. So, that said, I was looking for any extra help on voice leading principles that I could get. This is my first thread, so im sort of new here.

Welcome to GT!

You can search the lessons on this site and http://www.wholenote.com for lessons on the very subject. If you have some more soecific questions we'll try to answer them. :)

PS...Maybe it's time to find a new teacher. It seems like a bit of a bummer to be paying someone you can understand.
For life is quite absurd and death's the final word, You must always face the curtain with a bow
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
