notation

im new to guitar playing three weeks in now and enjoying every min

i was flicking through the songs and came across the song my girl

my question is his fingers are different to the notation why ?

Which part of the lesson are you referring to? I checked the "Hook" section, and Anders is playing it fine, but if there is another part that's off, we'd love to know so we can fix it!

yes hes playing it grt but im confused on the notation dont match which fingers he uses and the notation uses but as i said im new and proberly got it wrong .

oh i see hes refering the fret number not which finger to use ?
