Additional info in song descriptions

It would be great if there was a short text description of every song listing:

Equipment suggested. E.g. a Capo

Is the song using Chords, notes or a combination?

Any specific techniques used (Hammer on/Pull off, Bends) etc.

I find that there are a lot of songs that I want to start learning as either a project or an easy song and then once I look at it I find that I either don't have the skill (yet) to try it as an easy song, or that there is some piece of equipment or something else that stops me from getting beyond a point.

I second this. Capo, alternative tunings, finger picking, etc. If I have to change tuning, unfortunately I usually skip the song because it's just a pain to have to keep tuning and returning.
