Occasionally I would enjoy logging in and watching the guitar lesson videos through my Smart TV's web browser. I have noticed the videos no longer play in the browser. Is this an issue due to a change in your videos? I have no issue playing YouTube videos and other similar sites.

Thanks for letting us know about this Shardy00! It looks like you found a bug and we are working on a fix.

It might be due to an update that occured on your Smart-TV's browser. After a recent Chrome update I can't watch these videos on my notebook anymore but instead have to switch to Microsoft Edge. There it works perfectly so it might be an issue that occured during an update of your browser.
Hope this might help you or the admins out.

Just to be clear, I am not having an issue with other video formats so that is why I thought it was an issue with the video format on the Guitar Tricks site. Please keep me posted if there is a fix or another reason why I can't play the videos. Thanks, Steve
