amp advice

hey all iam thinking of a getting a Peavy Transtube112. I tried out the amps clean and distorition and enjoyed it. I would like to use it for solos like david gilmours and others, and the distortion for stuff like van halen. my current setup is epiphone les paul, rp100&line6 pod, crybaby original, and my 15watt fender frontman, iam no more a beginner and looking for better sound. would my current budget is $400 the amp costs $319 at steve ash music store.
Do you think its a good amp?
