DoD or DigiTech
Ok theres a pedal DOD Death metal distortion, The singer in my band plays guitar and he has it ... well we steal it and play with it .. or one of us.. we have 3 guitarists but! were all planning on buying one.. I went and searched Death metal distortion on Musiciansfriend.com and Saw digitech made a pedal .. same knobs .. same name.. Even looks close! my question is .. is it the same? I know digitechs better quality so I would prefer to buy the digitech but I want that same sound...... ? does anyone have or have tryed this? maybe know wsomeone with these 2 pedals an would compare for me? Thank you!

Well Digitech is all well and good, but if you already like the sound of the DoD then by all means, thats the one you want, you can have the best gear in the world and it means absolutely crap if you cant get the sound you want. Brand is irrelevant, fact is the sound you want comes from the DoD so thats the one you want, its all subjective in the end.
