can i put a flyod rose trem/or other bar on something with a bridge setup lif the ibanez destroyer/iceman?

Your local guitar shop may well have a repair guy who could do it for you.
It is quite a big job and the price will depend upon the FR system you chose. It may be cheaper to get a new axe rather than having a FR fitted.
