a problem could be that ur trying to wrap ur body around the guitar which is causin u to twist ur back which can lead to pain...When you play...take a look at ur feet...the left foot should be further infront than the other one and usually elevated on somthing...Just find a position that makes u comfortable..if you study some of the great masters seating and wrist positions...they tend to be very uncomfortable
