What you should do is to play them in groups of four (maybe I learned something after all, Azrael, haha). Set the metronome (if you don't have any: www.metronomeonline.com) on 80 bpm. Then play 4 notes/beat. As you will see, that beat will allways appear on the first note in the group. Just play the pattern and if it feels comfortable and sounds clean, then raise the metronome till 84 bpm. Do the same process and continue till you find where your temporary limit are. Maybeyou will be able to reach at least 160-180 bpm. Do this 5 times a day for 10 minutes each and you will find yourself being able to play faster and faster for every week.
Also do your own patterns and try to play them in different groups.
