That's similar to:

|-------------7-------------------7----------
|---------7-----10p7----------7------10p7--
|--9b11-----------------9b11-----------------
|---------------------------------------
|---------------------------------------
|-----------------------------------------
D...........U....D..U.........D.......U...D....U

.. where b11 represents a full bend to the 11th fret. That's easiest done with alternate picking, kind of (you know.. up down up down). A bluesy type of riff eh (as seen in lots and lots of pre-80 solos).

With yours, you could play the first one Down, and then all the rest after it Up, like a rake or sweep or whatever, limiting the picking motion for ultimate speed. I'd personally always play the first bend as a Down pick, and then the other two picks as Up, but not as a sweep Up, just regular pick Ups. (lol.) and then the bend again as a Down ... It'd be more bluesy that way. I hear that metallica guitarist is influenced a lot by Hendrix and your riff there proves it.

(Ha Ha, he's influenced by Hendrix, influenced by Hendrix! Na na na na naaa na.)
