can anyone help me?

I'm just not a beginner, but i need some help, my picking it´s low, and i need exercises for this. i would be thankfull

I suggest you use the search function. Just write beginner and press enter. Several exercises, licks and such will be shown. Many of them will help you with your picking. I recommend you to take one with audio, that really helps.

One suggestion I really want to help you with is to pick alternate. It's really simple to explain but hard to play. The thing is that you should ALWAYS pick upstroke, downstroke, upstroke, downstroke etc. Check this out! (I writes wich finger you should use on you left hand, if you're right handed. Otherwise vice versa)

Start with exc 1. you will see that when you take the 7th note on the G-string, you have to go over the string before you hit it, because you are suppose to do a uppstroke, you know. This might seem pointless, but by doing this you will help your pick hand to keep the pulse. Do these two other exercises, don't go over to the next untill you think you really got it clean and sharp =D. By the way, you're supposed to repeat them several times, I forgott the stars.. =(

Hm, maybe you guys want some more stuff?? Hehe, take a look at this!! It's a simple A major scale and I use it alot (though I almost only play metal, were the minor scale are much more common). This is a great way to learn the scale so it comes more natural when you improvise. First play exercise 1 till you can play it with your eyes closed, then do the next exercise. If you have the time, play each exercise 10-15 minutes. That will surely give you results! Do this for some days, and as you learn it better and better, play it only perhaps 2-3 minutes each 6-8 times a day!
