Hello!!!

After I've been listening to "the Odessey" record for some months (my friend says it's the most uninterresting creation so far, so I'm looking forward to listen more to these guys!)

I believe Michael likes to play Diminished scales, and perhaps also some flamenco and other such half-whole stuff. Do any have good suggestions how to learn how to play these scales fast and interresting. I'm tired just playing them up and down the neck.

I searched I little on the tricks, but didn't find anything interresting, maybe you could give me some nice examples..

Cya

He has an instructional video out. I've got it. Comes with tabs. Go buy it (or acquire it some other way ;))

What was the instuctional video called ?
By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

I saw a bit from the instructional video and it looked really good. Does it actually teach you how to play some symphony x songs ?
