with some very difficult chords especially when played at a fast pace, it is important to form the chord "in the air". that means that your fingers arrange themselves in the short phase between the two chords before they hit the fretboard.
try working on some classical songs and you will stumble across some chord combinations that are realy challenging and different form most stuff you will come across in 'normal' music
