Can't wait til I'm better than this guy. The good thing about him is that he dwells from the blues. Goes to prove that you don't have to be a classical metalhead to put forth some decent guitar playing.

Actually, I think he started out learning all the metal riffs and whatnot and later on started listening to blues. I'll have to check up on that sometime to see if that assumption is correct.


Now here's a tune that is jazz influenced. Nuts.

Good luck getting better than him..

He's got more of a rock influence than blues really though.

The techniques he uses are very similiar to that of say, Greg Howe.

He just has applied them to blues.
