Uhm, weird.. I thought there were some kind of important tendon or sinew at that place.. I may be wrong, but I don't think that's a good idea. If you want to take sick chords with a large distance between the notes, use your thumb aswell like Randy Rhoads. That looks cool aswell, more impressive than a sliced up hand.
