regular pickups in f-spaced position?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if any of you know what kind of difference it would make it I put regular spaced position pickups into a guitar with a floyd rose, which is supposed to have f-spaced pickups. Does anyone know if the sound is affected grealtly and if the output is affected or anything? Thanks a lot.
