little wing effect

i have been playing the guitar for almost four years now.
i recently started learning the song little wing by jimmy hendrix
i have the intro down to a t but realized i cant get the same sound out of my amp. i have the official sheet music and i listen to the song as i practice so i know im hitting the right rythem and notes.
if anyone can help me out with amp settings or maybe even specific gear i might need i would appreciate it

Most of the effects you here on Hendrix's studio version of "little wing" are recording studio effects , like panning and stuff.
If you don't have a tube amp , you won't be able to get a similar crunchy clean tone for the rhythms.
