A quote from the inside cover of the Attack album I have in my hand:
"Produced by Yngwie J Malmsteen.
All music composed and arranged by Yngwie J Malmsteen.
All lyrics and melodies written by Yngwie J Malmsteen."
The only person he gives credit too is J S Bach when he says track 15 is a variation on one of his themes.
The back of the album also has the following underneath the track listing:
"Produced by Yngwie J Malmsteen.
All compositions, Lyrics and arrangments by Yngwie J Malmsteen"
Also the inside has a nice spread covered with shots of him doing poses with his strat.
Fair enough you might say, he worked hard on the album and he thought he deserved all the credit for it. Since when has that been a decent attitude. Even if he did write it all he could add a few photo's of the rest of the band or let them write "something" on the album.
Ironically, the album is complete crap compared to some of his others.
Don't get me wrong, I think he rocks as a guitarist, but his attitude has definately not changed, he's still a total asshole.
