I would suggest turning off the ECHO and DELAY knobs. Play a short passage. Turn th DELAY halfway up. Play the same passage. Turn DELAY off and ECHO halfway up. Play the passage again. This should give you an idea of what they do on that amp.

I would assume, since they're two different knobs that DELAY would be delay, and that ECHO is probably the amp's name for REVERB. Just my idea.
