Right, heres my problem...

I have a flextone 3...but not a plus version, so basically im stuck with recording through the phones input. Do you guys reckon I should sell the flextone 3 (of which im paying £350 to pay it off this month) and get a plus version, OR do you think it would be better to pay the flextone 3 off then buy myself a pod 2 or something?

Thanks

Put a mike in front of that monster.

You mean to tell me that the Flextone III does not have direct outs?

Correct, the standard Flextone 3 does not have direct outs.....which is VERY crap.

You would have thought that would be standard for even the cheapest model, which when I bought it was £400.

Since I posted that I've recorded through the phones output, which actually isn't too bad at all. The signal is obviously a bit weaker, but with a bit of tweaker in a recording program it sounds fine. Im gonna have to record some stuff when i've finished the next gig i'm doing and see what everyone reckons.
