over the rainbow?

i know this not the right forum but i figured that anyone who knows about unique styles and techniques has probably heard what im looking for.
does anyone know who did the distorted electrical version of somewhere over the rainbow? its entirely instrumental and ive heard it many times. people tell me its done by artists from jeff beck, satriani, to hendrix.
if anyone can give me a title or artist id apreciate it.

The only band I know of that does a cover of Over the Rainbow is Dream Theatre.

Eric Clapton has an amazing version of Over the Rainbow....but the best version I've heard ever was by the late Izrael Kamakawoliole....he combined Over the Rainbow and What a Wonderful World together......unbelievable.

I think the most current cover of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow.." was done by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes.

It was played on the radio alot over the summer.
