Bach and Beethoven were composers. Classical musicians in general don't compose. I'm sure they write the occasional thingy at home when they're bored, but their job is to create the most accurate rendition of someone else's work. It's also a well-known fact that many of the greatest classical musicians in the world are very poor improvisers - they simply never focused on that aspect of playing.

he's a classicaly trained guitarist who lives in chicago and he's 16, most of the songs on his record are on these videos and I prefer his versions, they're more powerfully executed
