SPL dude, you can call anything, anything you like but it doesn't alter what it is !

Example: I have a small table, I eat of it and use it as a table. If I clear it of and put my feet on it, is it then a table or a foot stool !

You can start calling a chair a porcupine and that is fine, unless you wish to converse with people who don't call chairs porcupines, in which case you may end up standing up for rather a long time.
