I'm watching the live music video for 'working man' by Rush right now, and I'm wondering about something. What the hell are all those drums for? The guy seriously has them in a solid circle around himself.

Same thing with GNR...well actually I think in the 80's, alot of drummers had all kinds of drums.

The first album didn't have Neil Peart on it; some other Neil...

Neil Peart has an even crazier drum kit. Apparently, he uses one live where it's an acoustic set, then he hits a button on the kit and the stage he's on rotates and the acoustic set revolves around to a position behind him and an electronic set revolves from behind to become the active kit.

Pretty wicked, if you ask me.
... and that's all I have to say about that.

Well, at least Mike Portnoy actually plays all the drums in his set...
"You must stab him in the heart with the Bone Saber of Zumacalis... well, you could stab him in the head or the lungs, too... and the saber, it probably doesn't have to be bone, just anything sharp lying around the house... you could poke him with a pillow and kill him."
