He's actually a decent guitarist. Shame he doesnt use more of his skill when he plays with slipknot.
By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

sloppy?? you do realize how hard it is to play stuff with a load of distortion right?? the stuff in the magazine was far much better than the vid..i thought the yngwie sounding lick was pretty clean
and another thing..this is about mick..not him bein in slipknot
does he have some death metal band hes in?

Ketsueki15, I am using broadband, I just tried it again and it is still cutting in and out , I don't have any trouble
ever, this is the first time where I can't get smooth clear playing. oh well as long as it is every blue moon or so and
it does not keep happening I can live with it.
Talk at ya later, Mark [ ROCK ON ]

I watched the one with the two dumbasses in their masks from slipknot

Im pretty sure one of their names was mick

either way there was so much distortion, It was hard to tell what he was playing except for the Yngwie lick (which was cool)
