So that Cmaj 3 lowered 1/2 step is C min 3rd interval?
If you lower the perfect intervals 1/2 a step you get a diminished interval?
If so are the lowered intervals still in the same key as the root? Ex: the lowered C maj. 6th is now a C min. 6th?
