Tank says hello

Although I've posted a few times here, I felt I should introduce myself. I'm Tank (it started out as a nickname when I was 6, but it grew, and eventually everyone calls me that now.....I have friends who don't even know my real name..very strange). I've been playing my trusty Fender strat for over 15 years now and my major influences are Clapton, Vai, Vaughn and many others. Lets see, I also teach Karate (4th degree master rank...pretty cool huh?). I look forward to great discussions with you very knowledgable guys and hope to learn tons of cool ****. Plus, I have tons of stories to tell so if you need a laugh or one of those weird "I woke up here after a hard night drinking" stories....I'm your guy. Take it sleazy!!

hi... i used to do karate but havnt been for about a year because i got so annoyed with all the younger people who kind of messed it up for everyone and laughed at me evertime i did something wrong when they didnt know anything and got everything wrong.
I know someone who has a nickname... i think his real name is andrew. I've know him for a few years now and had to ask someone what his real name was.

Welcome to the party TANK. I'll open up a beer and drink to the new one. I play a Epiphone Les Paul and have played for more years than I care to remember, ( Still no good ). I live in the Great State of Georgia and look forward to some of your stories. I spent 8 years in the Navy so I bet we can swap some hellacious drinking and "what happened" stories. Nice to meet ya.

Well, I used to practice kung fu, but it wasn't very good for my poor guitarplaying fingers.. Acctually, we had a ex-master as mentor. He had won the Asia championship in kung fu and was one of the best martial art fighter in the world..

Great, heavy sound. I love it.. I have played for only two years and I prefer progressive, thrash and death metal.
