I'm looked and still searching for playing tips & guide etc. for Multifingertapping,
you know, solo's you hear from guitarists
like Trey Azagthoth (Morbid Angel), and bands: Angel Corpse, Hate Eternall.

it's a style that no traditional guitar hero(van halen etc. etc.) never plays! yes, a 'deathmetal' technique.
