Is it a good price If I buy this 80$ stratocaster I found in a surplus stores? ITs fully functional. but a little problem on the paint

depends how it plays and sounds. If you are just starting out you can pick up a really nasty electric guitar for much less, my first axe cost me 5 quid ! The one after that ( a Hondo Explorer no less) was 30 quid and was a much nicer axe. After sticking with the Hondo for a year I managed a Squire Strat that was fantastic (160 quid). This was in the early 80 however I don't imagine the old dog I started on is worth any ore now !

agreed play it. even if it was a $1000 guitar for 50 buck and played like **** i wouldnt use it, unless i had some other thing in mind for it
