Ok, I've read and read and read some more...Following up my reading with more reading and reviewing and to be honest. I don't get key signatures. The significance of the order of the sharps and all that, what exactly they do that's convenient and vital. Only thing I know of the key signature is the order it goes in forward and backward. Other than that I've got no idea on their purpose and why I should find them valuable. Could someone fill me?
