Like you said people that are like its my way or nothing is what people dont want to be with, i also know this from someone i know they have a band and they treat there band like "My way or the highway" and he is like when they mess up he is like "WTF is that and he is lucky that they even stay in his band because without them he wouldnt have a band. so i know that you cant be a freakin dictator, but i also do not want to be a solo artist but i kinda want to push my band in the direction i tihnk is right.
