(my opinion) Answer: You guys need to get with people who are on the same level as you. When every band member is on a different level, I don't think it works out. Like I suffer said, you may have to go through several peeps before you find the right ones. When you do, I think you'll find that good drummers and good bass players can surprise you when they put something to your stuff that brings a whole new light to it.
