Is this a sweep or am I not sweeping?

Yes, you will need to sweep pick that. Just down pick through the three strings. Then up pick back up if you want, or are supposed to if its part of a song you've learnt
By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

I've always thought os weeping as playing a chord...but not. Just remember, each note must begin and end before the next
