Yes it's a combo amp , usually stacks starts from 50watts .
Both tube and ss amps are available in stack and combo models , my fender combo is an all tube amp for example ... As for Marshalls , JCM series and older Marshalls are all tube except for the JCM900 , and all available as combo or stacks ... MG , AVT , VS at least has a ss power-amp sections , also available as combo or stack.


BTW, a good modeling amp like a Fender Cyber Twin combo cost as much as a small tube combo and a cool multi-effect unit.
