Ha, I like "Enter Sandman," not sure why. Anyhoo...I think "White Room" by Creme (Eric Clapton on guitar) is a wah-riffic song. He uses that pedal like he's got a lead foot in that song.

I would say "WAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!", but that is too corny, even for Jolly.
... and that's all I have to say about that.

I agree with "White Room" as well. I'm not usually a fan of Clapton, or guitar that isn't quite shredding constantly..but its a really fun piece to play over, and Clapton does it well. I appreciate it now even more after seeing Michael Harris do it live a few months ago.

I'd say just look into Slash's soloing.

He uses the wah almost as his only effect.
So you should probably check out the old stuff he made in GNR.

Try the Lines In the Sand solo by Dream Theater... its a cool song all the way around. Try the Crush of Love by Joe Satriani too... it mite be a little hard tho.

I have a Steve Vai Morley Wah pedal it's really nice.

Kirk Hammett is just picking some notes and bashing on his wammy.

Slash accualy uses it to make solos smoother, and more sensitive, you know, to realy make it work.
That what I ment ;)

But its true...

Alice in Chains - Man in a box

Uses wah almost the whole song. Great solo too.

Sometimes I hit notes only dogs can hear.

I didn't mean that Hammett's using of the wah more often than everybody is bad or something , I personaly like most of his solos ... And yeah, Slash makes any line sound more soulful and lively than anybody else , not just with the wah.
