I was watching Yngwie's Hot Licks Video, and at the end he says he uses a Romen Echo. IS this actually an effect called by another name that might be more commonly used.

I think it's a delay pedal made by Romen called the "Echo". I'm sure any delay pedal could obtain the same results, but that's the one that Malmsteen prefers.
