Flanger pedal
I have a digitech flanger and it doesnt really have the sound i want as far as a flanger goes, does anybody else have a different flanger pedal that might provide me with a better sound?

Well now, that depends on what kind of flanger sound your going for. Saying that it doesn't have the right sound for you doesn't help many people here.
I use a BOSS BF-2 Flanger, for clean/arpeggiated chords. Everything set to 0, except for depth, set to full. It gives me the sound I need.

Such as EVH "Ain't Talkin' Bout Love"? Just put the depth up a bit. Depth at full. And tweak the other settings, if you have any.

O ya, you want to turn up that thing, called "gain".

aint talkin bout love is exactly what ive been trying to get. On the pedal i DO put the depth full, and gain is turned all the way up. What im guessing is that that song in particular cant be reproduced to be perfect, even though the way i play it sounds good, but doesnt not have that same energy that eddie did

I have a BF-2 as a well, I don't hardly ever use it, but when I do it does what I want it to.

BF-2 is a very nice Flanger pedal, but the BF-3 is even better.
BF-3 is by far the best flanger pedal on the market imho

EVH also uses a chorus pedal in "Ain't Talkin' Bout Love".
