big clayton triangle picks...give a real heavy attack...best not to use them on 9's.

Best strap ive EVER used and still use are the 'Kepur' pro straps.The mid-range strap(zero smooth pro 2?)has a hole to run your patch cable through so you dont stomp it out while jammin.I have dunlop straploks,but the strap will stay on without them.
