There are two ground locations in the guitar - one that is located on the output jack, and one on the body (generally it's grounded to the bridge).

Check out this diagram on the link that was given to you the last time you asked this question:



See how one ground goes to the jack and one goes to the bridge? That's why it's buzzing, since the pickup isn't truly grounded.
