To improve technique and of course trying to keep all as clean as possible. I know my own limits and speed limits and so on I never play anything I'm not capable of. That wouldn't make any sense. After three years of playing I tried to play everything as fast as possible and that sounded, I would say, like shit, and I didn't realize that if I'd play bit slower things than I was capable of playing then everything would sound much better.

Not sure what you're talking about..
But, thats either my '54 strat (refinished in the early 70s), or Gen from the Genitorturers. She's not really hideous though, thats just a bad picture.

Even if you don't dig the music, Genitorturers have THE best stage show ever. The whole masturbating, asphyxiation, etc on stage is a lot of fun as well.

You can check out an entire review of the show where I met them here. To quickly answer your question though. Vai seemed a little more hurried while meeting us fans; whereas Satch seemed like a normal dude who wanted to hang out and chat. They were both really nice guys though, he wasn't a prick or anything.
