I wish I had a stack. Probably wouldnt fit in the house though. So my answer, nope.
As for the marshall pedals I've read a few reviews and they havent been that good.

A 4x12, that's just what I need for my dorm room. :)

I also wish I had one, but it wouldn't be practical.

I have half of a Marshall half stack...lol I've got the 1960A cab. I would love to sell my Peavey XXX head and get a Marshall DSL100 head and posibly a Boss ME-50 for effects and whatever. I don't play as heavey as I used to, so I don't have much need for a head like the XXX. Plus, you just can't beat a Marshall!

I have many amps and cabs. My favorite and heaviest Ive had since 86. It was used with Morbid Angel and many other metal bands. It is my Ampeg SS150. Sounds great as is...no fx.

On the other hand I just got a great deal on a Marshall DSL2000. It dissapointed me as a metal amp but good for hard rock, funk or hendrixy and punk depending on the settings. I am still experimienting but so far a major TRICK was to plug a BBE Sonic Maximizer in the loop or in the front as a pedal. It pumps up the bottom end and gives it some balls and bite.

I am also trying a Big Muff Dist pedal to get more sustain - but real noisy. Tonight I ran an ADA MP1 right into the front clean channel with a little gain on the Marshall. I also ran this through the BBE and got killer results. I recently spoke with Alex Skolnick from Testament and he did this too.

I have a JCM900 SL-X 50w head and a 1960AX 4x12 cab, this is the reissue cab with the 25watt greenback celestions and checkered grill cloth.
Nice sounding ut the head is a little harsh compared to a JCM800 2203/2204 or a SLP1959 or 1987(plexi's).
Try using an EQ pedal this will reall boost the amps balls not to mention it can provide a clean boost.

Had one...but my ear just wasn't into it...kind of thick sounding...I gravitate to a brighter cutting sound...went with a Mesa Dual rectifier. Just love the on-the-verdge of slipping into harmonic over-drive at any moment sound.

Play it all by it's self...maybe a wah-wah...stand real close to it...in fact real men would stand facing it but I'm not there yet...I'm too scared.
