I have an Epiphone SG310 which is a cheaper version of the Gibson SG same body style and everything. It sounds very very close to the AC/DC sound even thru my crappy Epiphone practice amp. This was the first guitar I ever bought and it has been about 8-9 monthes ago and it was $300.00 for the guitar, the epiphone practice amp, case, picks, strap, and a video. So the guitar itself should run you about $250.00 or so I would think.
