Pickups on Epi LP
There is no info on the Epiphone website, as to if the stock pickups are 4 conductor or not.. Does anyone know?

You have an Epi, don't you? Just take the cover off the back of the guitar and look for the wires coming into the control compartment from the pickups. There should be a small braid-covered cable from each pickup, and three more going to the selector switch. Four-wire pickups have four wires inside the braid. Don't damage anything by poking around too much - just look closely.

My advice is that it doesnt really matter...those pick ups suck so bad...
WWSD? What would stevie do?

I like the neck, but not the bridge. I want to get series/parallel for my LP, because I liked the results so much on my Tele.

Yea anyone with an epi out there should get new pickups, get a second hand set of seymours or gibsons off ebay cheap.
