Has anyone heard of a DeArmond

Hi, I just want to know if anyone has ever heard of a DeArmond guitar. I have purched two in the last few years and really like them. They have really nice necks, nice action, and the strings don't buzz alot. But they are made over seas, but the company who was Guild, a bad thing is that they aren't made anymore. send me your replies, or questions at zekebonz@msn.com
