I guess the trick to that is to forget to include everything you had to say about a topic in one posting and to reply to questions no matter how mundane. Maybe you can submit a word at a time..

I guess this kind of compulsive and odd behaviour may be a defence mechanism against admitting to oneself that you are entirely wasting your time doing something utterly pointless. The more emphatically you do something sometimes the more it comes from trying to demonstrate to yourself that it makes sense... Have you ever noticed that?
It's like smoking cannabis even though you know it destroys your brain, cardiovascular system etc and only makes you tired, paranoid and the eater of tons of sweat junk food.
