Technically you could sue them for royalties and damages or whatnot since the copywrite laws have changed... From what I remember anytime you release anything in any kind of media form, whether it be the internet, CD, or written, you are automatically protected under the copywrite law. You don't have to register it anymore like in the olden days....
So. If you throw a cat out of a car window, is it considered "kitty litter"?
