Dude, if it was easy, everyone would do it. You're acquiring a skill, it takes time to master. There aren't "secrets" per se, just techniques and fundamentals to master.

It won't happen overnight, and if you're looking for some quick fix, you probably won't fine one, and if you do, it will more than likely hinder your playing.

Just practice doing things the way that feels most comfortable to you. Just because a certain technique works for some players, doesn't mean it will work for you, and vice versa.
