when im tuning the acoustic with this 5 fret thing, (you know what i mean...)it works superb.
But when im tuning the electric guitar just like that it, doesn't work. the strings are to low then what they should be.
Do someone have a explanation why this happens?

I don't understand the question, try rephrasing it.

Too low? Too low to what? The fretboard? or too low in sound?

If your strings are too close to the frets you need to elevate your bridge. If you mean that the pitch of the strings is too low, then make sure that the Low E is correct and do the fifth fret thing you were talking about. Remember that on the G string you wanna hit the fourth fret instead of the fifth.
Blues is easy to play, but hard to feel.

Sorry my english isn't so good...

i do like this:

E-0---------
B-5-0-------
G---4-0-----
D-----5-0---
A-------5-0-
E---------5-

when i have done like that, i usually do like this,in order to check if the high E and low E are right:

E-0-
B---
G---
D---
A---
E-0-

they should be right? huh?

But the Low E is to low to be a low E
is it something wrong with the strings?(problably...)
Or is it something else?

If you are tuning using that method, without a tuner, unless you have perfect pitch it will be next to impossible to make the low E exactly in tune.

Your guitar will be in tune with itself, but that doesn't mean it will be in tune (EADGBe).

If you have tuned it the way you tabbed out, you are in tune more than likely.

If the low E is too low, just raise it some more, and then tune your strings again using the same method.

You should be tuning like this:

E----------------------------------------------------0
B----------------------------------------0-----5------
G--------------------------0------4-------------------
D---------------0-----5-------------------------------
A-----0-----5-----------------------------------------
E--5--------------------------------------------------

I have tried that one that you have showed me pantallica, but that didnt work either.
the high E gets to high to be a high E

it starts getting wierd here:

E----------------------------------------------------0
B----------------------------------------0-----5------ <--
G--------------------------0------4------------------- <--
D---------------0-----5------------------------------- <--
A-----0-----5----------------------------------------- <--
E--5--------------------------------------------------

and when i have done that the high E is surely closer to F than to E.

Maybe your musical hearing isn't quite there yet, and you're tuning every string a little bit sharp? Which indeed will make the low E sound too low compared to the high E.

I suggest that you look into getting a tuner.

It may be that your intonation on your electric is off. You should probably get it set up by a guitar tech. Ask your local guitar shoppe.
... and that's all I have to say about that.
