There was once a bebop scale question. I don't remember where or when, and don't want to hijack. A few tricks.

Bebop, for the most part, is dominant chord oriented.
Use I, IV, V pents, maj or minor, for starters.
Learn maj scales and how to alter them, quickly.
Do not look at this logic as a per key scheme. But, look at and hear as a tonal scheme.

I, IV are the same physically. Finding I and IV chords and their parent scales can be cumbersome, but quite simple. Minor chords can easily be subs for I and IV...and V7. Knowing just pents and altered Major scales can get you through bebop (especially knowing the melody and harmony). Understanding harmony, and a few harmonic tendencies is critical.
