Rodney Crowell Song

I cannot find a song by him anywhere. I am not sure of the title, but he said he wrote it in the 80's, and has the lyircs "wynoes in time square" and "riding out the storm". Even if its not by him, even though he said he wrote it, any covers would be good too.
